Non-Residential Guidelines & Review

The design, review, and construction of commercial projects entails the incorporation of many codes and standards as referenced on our Design Guidelines and Criteria page. The Town begins the review of most projects based upon a collection of these code requirements as deemed applicable to the proposed project. A perusal of our plan correction lists for a proposed project may be helpful during the design aspect of the project and may be used in the determination of items to incorporate into the details and specifications on submittal documentation.
