- Ordinance Adoption: Adopt the fire hazard severity zones by ordinance by June 10, 2025.
While the Town has the discretion to designate additional areas as higher hazard zones based on substantial evidence, it is prohibited from reducing the hazard level of any area identified by the State Fire Marshal.
