THAP Loan Officer & Realtor List

As an informational resource, the Town of Truckee is listing lenders and Realtors who have attended a THAP Workshop, approved the program documents, and affirmed their understanding of the program. Please be aware this is not an endorsement or recommendation for any of these professionals by the Town of Truckee. The Town of Truckee encourages each THAP buyer to research, interview, and select a lending and real estate professional that meets all of their needs.

Program Information for Lenders & Realtors

To be listed on this website, lending and real estate professionals must complete the following steps:

1. Register for and attend a THAP Lender and Realtor Workshop
2. Submit a THAP Loan Officer and Realtor Participation Attestation
3. Lenders must also submit a Lender Approval Letter from their underwriter or legal department confirming:
   • They can lend on a property under the Truckee Home Access Program
   • The first mortgage deed of trust will be subordinate to the Town's Deed Restriction
   • View a Sample of the THAP Lender Approval Letter (PDF)

The Program Guidelines were updated on September 10, 2024 and the Deed Restriction, Promissory Note, and Deed of Trust were finalized on December 20, 2022. If substantive changes are made to the Program Guidelines or Program Documents, THAP Program Administrators will provide updated versions for lender review.
