Annual Renewal Process

STR Transient Occupancy Registration Certificates must be renewed annually; the renewal process only applies to active registrations. Renewal applications may be submitted starting November 1st, and you will have until December 31st to renew.

Will I have to reapply for the waitlist every year or will my spot remain?
How will I be notified if it is my turn to register my STR?
