Annual Renewal Process

STR Transient Occupancy Registration Certificates must be renewed annually via the STR Portal; the renewal process only applies to active registrations. Renewal applications may be submitted starting November 1st, and you will have until December 31st to renew.

Should a renewal not be received within that timeframe then the applicant will be unable to renew their registration and will have to sign up for the waitlist to receive a registration when they become available. 

The advertisement or operation of a short-term rental for which a renewed certificate has not been received may result in a violation. Hotels and bed and breakfasts do not need to renew.
