The Town of Truckee is hosting two educational webinars focused on significant updates to the 2025 California Codes. These sessions are designed for contractors, designers, engineers, inspectors, and other industry professionals who regularly work with California Building Standards.

Each webinar will provide a practical overview of what has changed, why it matters, and how the updates affect design, construction, and inspection practices.

Webinar 1: Major Updates to the Core Building Codes

This webinar, hosted by 4LEAF, Inc, will cover significant revisions and new requirements in the 2025 codes, including the CPC, CMC, CEC, CRC, and CBC. The session will focus on changes affecting building design and construction methods, health and safety standards, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and residential and commercial compliance. It is intended to help industry professionals understand how the 2025 updates differ from prior code cycles and how those changes may impact current and future projects.
